Moving My Head to Frampton
7 September 2009 · Leave a Comment

Wow, after all these years, Peter Frampton’s “Frampton Comes Alive!” is still a great album! I am sitting here moving my head back and forth to”Show me the Way.”
I get so tired of much of the crap out there, Congress, OB, war, centralized obtrusive government to name just a few, it’s sometimes nice to just tune out a little “with the help of some fireflies…”

Traficant Freed
6 September 2009 · 1 Comment
From the good folks at Lew Rockwell.Com:
My second favorite Congressman ever, Jim Traficant, got out of federal prison today after serving seven years for allegedly taking bribes.
As I mentioned at the time of his conviction, the idea that Traficant was any more crooked than anyone else in Congress was ridiculous. His so-called crimes were victimless — they didn’t harm you or me at all. Meanwhile, from the House floor he called (loudly) for an end to the IRS (”Internal Rectal Service,” as he put it), attacked Janet Reno for her role in the Waco massacre, and attacked the Clintons for their misdeeds. Given all that, do you think that a few petty bribes are the real reason his fellow Democrats kicked him out of Congress and sent him to prison?
What I like best about Traficant is the disrespect that he exuded for the institution of which he was a member. His wild hair, thrift-store clothes, colorful speeches, and flamboyant manner all suggested that he didn’t care at all about the respect that the Establishment insists that we show for our supposedly sacred political institutions. Again, it’s no wonder they decided he had to be put away.
(Here Traficant explains how he helped reduce the amount the IRS collects from people it accuses of being tax cheats — and why they hate him.)
I really hope Mr. Traficant gets involved with the Ohio Liberty Movement. This is one man who gets it; and predicted the path the oligarchs have been taking us down. We need his enthusiasm and charismatic and common sense leadership because Ohio is in dire straights.
Media Annoints Kennedy Saint
30 August 2009 · Leave a Comment
As I read the post at Repeal the 17th Amendment today and I became angered beyond belief after learning that Edward Kennedy was buried at Arlington National Cemetery. As my anger rose, my will to blog did as well, as such, I will share my comments from that blog.
This is pure and simple, the government media complex fabricating a “secular” saint that is truly the antithesis of a saint; truly the antithesis of anything any right minded man or woman would look to as a model. Ted Kennedy typifies what our nation has become and will become. God help us; God have mercy on his soul; God have mercy on our souls.
Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio…

Is Sotomayor Latina or Puerto Rican?
6 August 2009 · Leave a Comment
In this very PC world I am wondering if Judge Sotomayor is Latina or Puerto Rican because Puerto Ricans never refer to themselves as anything but Puerto Rican. Yet Judge Sotomayor has referred to herself as Latina, and I think Hispanic.
Wow, too much to consider…but then again there were a number of African slaves and Caribbean’s of African ancestry that have become part of the racial make-up of Puerto Rico, so I have to wonder if Judge Sotomayor isn’t African too? Hey she might be an African-Hispanic-Puerto Rican-Latina.
But then again she is from New York City…holy cow, that adds on a whole other layer. Heck this is too much for this Ohioan to figure out. Hey maybe Judge Sotomayor should call herself a “New Yorker” and consider states rights. That’s easier than being called an African-Hispanic-Puerto Rican-Latina; definitely less syllables and closer to the constitution.

Brutal Honesty in a Marriage
8 February 2009 · Leave a Comment
Here’s a post light for Sunday; I came across an interesting article about a British academic pursuing a study where he and his wife are completely honest with one another. Each was completely honest in thought and action for entire year.
I know for most men, revealing what you are really thinking to your wife after she asks, “honey, what are you thinking right now?,” is as dreaded as having your finger nails pulled. Interesting enough, both relate that their communication actually improved. So maybe honesty is the best policy, who would have thought.

InfoWars IS A Must
14 December 2008 · Leave a Comment
For the last fews years we have watched the US MSM spiral down the toilet, and as each year goes by, they loose more and more creditability. Much of the loss results from the industries general socialist bent and their collusion with the political class, but also their inability to conduct through and solid research. Interesting enough as the MSM belittles blogging the same people are turning to bloggers for their tips and ideas, and quite are few are actually sourcing blogs, go figure.
So the problem we are faced with is the acquisition of creditable information to make discerned decisions. While there are certainly websites that offer a good collection of various news and information (Breitbart, Drudge, What Really Happened), they are still tied to the MSM as their central supplier of news. However, there is one source that offers news and analysis above the “cut and paste” regurgitation, both in the audio and written format, that being the Alex Jones Radio Show and his companion website InfoWars.Com.
I came across The Alex Jones Show by happenstance a couple of years ago while I was driving through Athens Ohio. I happen to pick the radio station AM 770 in mid stride of one Alex’s interviews. The interview was a strange mix between the radio show “Coast to Coast” and the old 60 Minutes of the 1970s era. On my way back to Lancaster I was able to continue receiving good reception without being drowned out by big Columbus AM radio stations; and I have been a fan since.
Now I have to tell you I don’t concur with everything Jones says, but what I have found is couple of items that keep me listening. First and foremost Jones brings to the air waves a wide array of subject matter experts on topics such as government, intelligence, occult, Illuminati, war, 9/11 truth, the United Nation, politics, health for example, that provide a wealth of information you are not going to get in the MSM. Some are well researched armatures, while some are professional researches that tend to write for academic journals. Jones doesn’t always agree with them, but he does give them the platform to offer real alternative points of views. This I believe is the central missing component in our current state of news and information. Now be prepared, Jones isn’t the best interviewer. Often he tends to talk over his guests, but in the end the guest gets most of their information out and you can go to other informational sources to follow up on the issue and find information from the guest, and Jones always links to the guest so it’s fairly easy to begin your own analysis.
Another item that keeps me coming back to Jones is his ability to “connect the dots.” Now I’ve worked in the analytical business for some time and I can tell you from my perspective he gets it right much of the time. He’s not perfect, but who is. Most intelligence analysts don’t get it right and if Jones gets it right 50% of the time he is doing better than our intelligence community. And he definitely is head and shoulders above the MSM; when was the last time you read any predictive analysis coming out of the New York Time? One point Jones always clearly makes is not to trust his word, but to seek out the facts and conclusions on your own; a point worth realizing in this day and age.
Now there are a few things I disagree with Jones, one being his subtle attacks on the Latin Rite, or the Catholic Church. Jones’ conclusion is certainly bent upon his own religious upbringing and biases (I won’t go into this right now). But I have to say that he always brings himself back to one simple and true statement for the audience; I paraphrase, that in all of these organizations, be it government or faiths or associations, there are good as well as nefarious people. So I generally get past his rants. Speaking of rants, he is certainly prone to them, but like any electronic media you have the choice to turn it to another station or simply off.
I listen to The Alex Jones Show as often as I can, I get the podcasts, and I go to his website almost everyday. The guy provides a mountain of information daily, he cares about liberty, and above all is not a nut case. He might not connect the dots as I would, but the bottom line is that he has “identified” many of the dots. That in itself is critical. Those that are on firmly in the fight for freedom and liberty cannot and should not go without tapping into Alex Jones. This nation’s wellbeing and our freedom is too important not to.

Never Forget 9/11; But How Do We Forget When We Don’t Know?
11 September 2008 · 1 Comment
The years go by and we still don’t really know what happened on that fateful day. Saudi’s being whisked out of the country when all aircraft throughout our airspace was grounded; Israelis being held by FBI; revelations that the some of the hijackers were trained at US military bases; the 9/11 Commission being stacked with former Clinton Administration appointees and was completely under funded; every NIST report is being challenged by a host of engineers and architects for questionable analysis; new information that questions how Building 7 was destroyed, when closer buildings weren’t damaged at all; BBC reporting the Building 7 was destroyed yet their own real time cameras show it was still standing when they made the announcement; first responders clearly heard explosions seconds before collapse; pilots raise questions about the expertise needed to fly the plane into the Pentagon indicating it could never have been an amateur; plane debris found six miles away from the Pennsylvania plane crash site pointing to the fact that the plane was shot down… just to name a few very troubling aspects about the whole day.
There are just too many issues out there leading me to believe we weren’t told the whole story. I haven’t forgotten yet because I still don’t know.

Alex Jones Crossed a Line with Malkin
29 August 2008 · Leave a Comment
I have been following the whole episode between Alex Jones and Michele Malkin that occurred in Denver during the Democrat Convention. When I listened to his radio broadcast on InfoWars it seemed as if it was Jones who was wronged. But after watching this video I spotted on the Nolan Chart, I have to say he crossed a line.
The video definitely shows him going way above what one would consider to be a civil confrontation. Jones positively sought Malkin out and was unrelenting in his pursuit of her. Watching the video you see this bizarre image of this stout strong guy chasing after this little 98lb woman haranguing her to no end.
I am big fan of Alex Jones and his radio show, and will continue to listen; but he did more harm to his reputation than good for what seems to be publicity stunt.

Hello world!
7 August 2008 · Leave a Comment
The picture contained here is the wreckage of the USS Maine, which sank on February 15, 1898 in Havana Cuba. While the explosion remains a mystery, the sinking helped precipitate our war with Spain, which began in April 1898. This war propelled the United States into the world geopolitical arena during which we abandoned the beliefs the Founders had hoped would prevent our country from being involved with European follies.
The sinking of the USS Maine became one of the many “naval” incidents that has drawn the U.S. into war. However, time and time again we fall into the trap of war through the wild hysterical reaction to revenge the foe. But do we really know the truth? Did we know the truth about the sinking of the USS Maine, or how about the RMS Lusitania, or USS Arizona or USS Liberty; how about the capture of USS Maddox, or the most recent attack on the USS Cole?
Ultimately this leads to the attack on the World Trade Center that occurred on September 11, 2001. What really happened there? Do we really know? I say no; I truly believe there is much more about this incident than we know today. But unless we, the US citizenry, ask questions and demand our media and politicians do their job we will continue to led down road of European follies.
You may not like what I have to say or my opinion about a given subject. But through some debate and exploration you might begin to understand my judgement; give it a try.
